Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with any item, please call us at 718-258-2651 and we will help you to resolve any problems that you might have. If the furniture you purchased does not meet your expectation you can simply return it in its original packaging and we will replace or refund your money less the shipping cost, whichever you prefer. You are responsible for shipping charges to return the item.

However, we will not able to give you refund if the item does not fit. Please check your measure before ordering. Returning an item has to be done within 5 days after receiving the product. If it is kept longer than 5 days we will not issue a refund for those items.

New York State law permits cancellation of an order within 48 hours of the placement without any penalty. If you want to cancel after 48 hours, the order is subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. There are no exceptions.

Damage

We strive to do our best to care your product in shipping, but sometimes it does damage. We will replace damaged item with no additional cost to you. When you receive your furniture, please check everything carefully. If you see the box is  dented let the  shipper know, please check  everything  inside  before signing. Please  note  any damage  to the item or packaging  on the  delivery  receipt .If refusing  delivery due to damage please  note refused due to damage on this  receipt, it will help in the return or replacement process. Then call us at 718-258-2651 or email us at sales@rattanusa.com  to report about it and we will replace it at no cost to you. When you sign be sure that your furniture is in a good condition except as noted. You must report to us any damage within 24 hours after receiving your furniture.
